Leopards - Mirage. Black leopard. Native to Africa. Many times called Panthers, but that term is loosely used for any large black cat. Like Black Jaguars,Black Cougars. But ours is the African Black Leopard. Mirage was rescued from a Primate Breeder who wanted to get in to Exotic Cat breeding. Leopards are NOT the "started cat" for big cat training. They are very temperamental, mouthy biters, vey hard to train. Not a pet.
