Primates - Missy. Hamadryas Baboon. Native to Africa. Very distinct with their enormous canines. They were the sacred baboon of the Egyptians, often mummified. One of the few primates that eat small animals in addition to vegetable diet. Rescued from a man that had her 16 years. He was retiring, wanted to travel, and could not with a baboon as a pet. Remarkably, she is a very sweet, well mannered baboon --- which is very, very unusual.
